Delivery Information

Most orders placed with Standard Delivery should be delivered between 2 - 5 working days. 

Express Delivery orders should be delivered between 1 working days in Dhaka city. Out side of Express delivery service is not available. 

Please note to add an extra working day, the period for delivery will also be shown on the shipping page of the checkout before you place your order.

Tracking your order
We’ll keep in touch! Once you have placed your order, we will confirm by email that we have received it and we will also notify you when your goods have been despatched. After despatch, we will send you tracking information. 

Arranging your fitting
We always recommend booking your fitter once you have received and checked your order, so that in the unlikely event of a hiccup, you will not be inconvenienced.

Receiving your delivery
In most cases delivery is to your external front door. Occasionally, due to accessibility constraints, the delivery man may only be able to deliver your order to the nearest ground floor access point, which may be the kerbside.

If you live in a flat or apartment unfortunately the driver cannot deliver up flights of stairs.

In certain circumstances, the delivery driver may require assistance with larger items. 

Carpet Fitting
We recommend you allow time between your expected delivery date and arranging your carpet fitter
